What kind of building cannot rent?

The house that every has one of following state must not rent:  

    1)   is lawful without building droit of the proof;  

    2)   judiciary and executive authority rule lawfully, the decision closes down or limit estate right with other form;  

    3)   shares a building to did not obtain mutual person to agree;  

    4)   authority is belonged to open to question;  

    5)   belongs to illegal architectural;  

    6)   does not accord with safe level;  

    7)   has mortgaged without guaranty the person agrees;  

    8)   does not accord with the main branch such as public security, environmental protection, sanitation to concern a provision;  

    9) regulation of according to law, code, regulations does not get hack other house.
